Worship

Sunday Worship:‍ ‍One of our main Sunday services is the Parish Communion at 10am. It usually lasts a little over an hour, and we serve refreshments at the back of the church afterwards. There are sofas at the back of the church which are appreciated by young children and their parents. On the first Sunday in the month we have a different pattern. At 9am there is a said service of Holy Communion and then at 10.30am a service for all ages: Allsortz. Refreshments are served after Holy Communion and before Allsortz.

On occasional Sundays, instead of the 10am Parish Communion, we have a series of lay-led services that offer a different way to engage with worship and Scripture, called Dwelling in the Word. These services provide an opportunity for a deeper engagement with Scripture through prayerful reflection and conversation. There is space to share insights, pray with one another, and explore the biblical text in a more participatory way. [Please note that these services do not include Holy Communion.]

Allsortz is an interactive family gathering on the first Sunday of most months (not in January or August), with a lovely communal ownership of the space and the rhythms we practice together. The children are often the ones to explain the different moments we travel through together and the keen anticipation of their favourite activities is always a highlight. For more information about Allsortz contact: allsortz.earlsfield@gmail.com

Join us for a walk in the forest to find God in the beauty of nature and the story of the seasons. Forest Church takes place four times a year on a Sunday from 2.45pm to 4.30pm, at Wandsworth Common. For more information about Forest Church please see the posters in church.
