New Electoral Roll

Every six years, all parishes are required to revise their Electoral Roll in its entirety, which means that the current version is set aside and we start again. Revision takes place this year, with the new Electoral Roll presented at the Annual Church Meeting on 11 May 2025.

Please note that entry on to the Electoral Roll is closed from 14 April until after the meeting on 11 May, so that the new Electoral Roll can be checked and prepared for the Annual Meeting. After 11 May new applications are again welcome.

Entry on the Roll allows members to vote at Annual Church Meetings and become members of the Parochial Church Council, and it means that you are formally recognised as a stakeholder in the parish. For the parish, the Roll is the formal measure of our membership and has a direct impact on our representation on local and diocesan councils.

We hope that you will choose to become a member of our Electoral Roll (assuming that your circumstances mean that you qualify).
